Suspect smashes car window, steals cash, credit cards

A 22-year-old female, of Schuylkill Haven, who is an employee at Cracker Barrel in Tilden Township, was working there on July 12 at 1:31 p.m. when a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 275 pounds, wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts, shaved head, and a possible tattoo on his right forearm, arrived on the lot in a silver mini-van. He proceeded to smash out the window of the victim’s 2012 Hyundai sedan and remove her purse. He then left the lot.

An unspecified amount of cash, as well as credit cards and a digital camera, were inside the purse.

This same suspect is a person of interest in the use of the same victim’s credit card at Lowe’s around 4 p.m. on the same date for about $1,200 worth of purchases.
