The Human Concerns Committee of St. Columbkill Church, Boyertown is sponsoring a trip to Washington, DC on Friday, Jan. 25, to participate in the 40th March for Life.
Rev. Martin Kern, Pastor of St. Columbkill will lead the group on their journey by beginning the day with Mass for the unborn at 6:30 a.m. at the church before boarding the motorcoach.
Participants are asked to bring a bag lunch, as they will arrive in Washington before lunchtime and attend the rally on the Mall, then walk to the Supreme Court building in peaceful witness to God’s precious gift of life. Cost for the trip is $40, which includes morning refreshments, transportation and dinner at Cactus Willie’s Steak Buffet on the return trip.
A limited number of seats are still available on a first come basis. Contact the church office at 610-367-2371 to reserve a seat for the trip.
