What Glows in the Night, Saturday, June 23rd, 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Antietam Lake
Join volunteer Laura Weisser and Environmental Educator Jennifer Brooks to learn how lightning bugs glow and how animals’ eyes shine at night. For ages 3-7, but all are welcome and outdoor footwear is recommended.

Berks Fly-Tyer’s Workshop, Sunday, June 24th, 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the Berks County Heritage Center
Members of the Berks Fly-Tyers Club will share their fly-fishing knowledge, including tips on equipment, selection and casting. You’ll even get to tie your own fly! Bring equipment if you have it. No on-stream instruction will be offered.

Paddle Down the Tulpehocken, Friday, June 29th, 3 p.m. at Blue Marsh Lake (Stilling Basin)
Experienced paddlers, bring your kayak or canoe for a trip down the Tulpehocken Creek. Water safety, history and features of the creek will be covered. The cost is $10 and space is limited. Call and register today!
