Last season, Comrie, a third year pro from Ashburn, Virginia, who was in the second season of an NHL entry level contract with the Florida Panthers, began the year with the Cincinnati Cyclones where he registered six points (3g-3a) and two penalty minutes in four games. One of Comrie’s goals for the Cyclones came against the Royals at the Sovereign Center on October 22, 2011, in a 3-2 win for Reading.
