HURRICANE SANDY: Red Cross advises residents to prepare now

American Red Cross chapters across Northeast Pennsylvania are in the second day of preparation for the potential of a dangerous storm system associated with Hurricane Sandy. The storm could hit the area late this weekend or early next week.
