“Childbirth Preparation”
St. Joseph Medical Center will offer a series of Tuesday classes, Nov. 6 to 27, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Bern Campus. Open to the public, series of classes taken during the 6th or 7th month to educate parents about the physical and emotional aspects of the birthing process, including the role of the labor coach.
