Herman and Linda Arters are pleased to announce the engagement of their son William Albert Arters to Jessye Marie Antonio of Shrewsbury, MA.

William is a 2002 graduate of Conestoga Christian School in Morgantown. He is currently serving with the F Company 1/169th Aviation Battalion as a Black Hawk Medevac pilot being deployed to Afghanistan in Nov.

Jessye is a 2005 graduate of Shrewbury High School and a 2009 graduate of Quinsigamond Community College. She is currently attending West Chester University majoring in Social Services and employed at Camphill Soltane in Phoenixville.
