Honey Brook Township Supervisor John McHugh invites Honey Brook residents to attend a Town Hall meeting which will be conducted on Dec. 6 from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the LGI/gymnasium of the Honey Brook Elementary Center.
While the Town Hall meeting is not an official Honey Brook Township meeting, the purpose of the informal event is to allow residents a chance to voice their thoughts, concerns and expectations relevant to the township.
“The meeting is an open forum but I would like to get feedback on the Honey Brook Township Parks and Recreation Commission since the group completed their first year of existence,” McHugh explained in an email to the Tri County Record. “Another topic will be the Township Veterans Honor Roll. We need to get names of veterans who live in Honey Brook Township so the names can be added to the list. This list will also contain the names of the veterans who have passed on.”
McHugh conducted a previous Town Hall meeting in August, with fellow Honey Brook Township Supervisor Joe Fenstermacher participating. Fenstermacher has confirmed that he will also be in attendance for the upcoming meeting.
Those who are attending will find ample parking available in the school lot. Honey Brook Elementary Center is located at 1530 W. Walnut Rd., Honey Brook, PA 19344.
