Exeter Twp. considers use for biosolids from WWTP

The Exeter Township Waste Water Treatment Plant began providing biosolids to an area farmer for use as fertilizer in his fields. Allowing the farmer to take the biosolids was expected to save the township $7,500 per month in landfill costs.
