The Boyertown Area YMCA Board of Directors recently appointed Richard L. Graver and Ruth G. Webster as Director Emeritus. This distinguished title is reserved for individuals who have volunteered many years as a member of the YMCA Board of Directors, displayed outstanding dedication and exemplary service to the YMCA.

Richard Graver served as a member of the Boyertown Area YMCA Board of Directors for 25 years. During that time, he was Chairman and Treasurer of the Board, served on various capital campaigns, and was Chairperson of the finance committee.

Ruth Webster has served on the board many years since becoming involved with the Boyertown Area YMCA in 1980. In the YMCA’s 2002 Capital Campaign, Ruth was instrumental in raising funds. Ruth also served as Secretary of the Board of Directors in 2005.
