Kutztown University President sends message to students about faculty negotiations

Kutztown University President F. Javier Cevallos sent the following update to Kutztown University students on Monday regarding negotiations between the State System (PASSHE) and the faculty union (APSCUF).
Spring semester classes begin next Monday, Jan. 28. On-campus residents will return to campus on Sunday, Jan. 27.
