Users can register directly or sign up using their Facebook login information.

Voting for the Cutest Baby will take place from Friday, Feb. 8, 2013 (12:00 a.m.) through Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013 (11:59 p.m.) and the winner of the contest will receive a prize package valued at over $150.
