Feb. 11:
At 2:28 a.m. Stephanie French of Macungie was travelling north on State Street Road in Longswamp Township when the operator lost control negotiating a curve in the roadway. The vehicle left the road way and the right front tire struck a ditch causing the vehicle to launch into the air and strike a telephone pole approximately five feet above the ground. The vehicle came to rest in a yard. French was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital by Macungie EMS for a laceration to her forehead and other aches and pains. Topton fire department and fire police assisted at the scene. French was not wearing a seat belt at the time.

Feb. 12:
At 2:18 p.m. Scott Cressman was driving on Kutztown road in Hereford Township when he failed to notice an unnamed driver with a Ford F150 backing into a driveway. Cressman struck the front of the driver’s plow which caused him to make an evasive movement and drive up an embankment causing Cressman’s car to roll onto the passenger side of the car. No one was injured as a result of this crash.
