With support of the Bally Borough, the Bally Lions Club, and countless numbers of other community organizations, volunteers and vendors, The Bally Hotel is proud to announce the 39th Annual Irish Wake. Spanning Thursday, March 14 through Sunday, March 17, the “dead” will surely “wake” with out entertainment, fire spirits and authentic Irish fare.
Located in the heart of Bally at 660 Main Street (Pa Route 100), The Bally Hotel has had its doors open to the public for over 165 years, entertaining the masses with prompt service, great food ad intoxicating spirits. Opening daily at 11 a.m., The Bally Hotel will serve our full menu and Irish dishes until 10 p.m. at which time we will serve late night food tent-side. So come in for some great food and spirits then party the night away until 2 a.m. under our circus sized heated tent.
Developed for over 3 centuries, The Bally Hotel’s Irish Wake has a multitude of fun planned for the whole family. Nightly, the hotel will host members of the Cameron Highlanders Pipe Band to Pipe for the dinner hours and into the night where a funeral procession will enchant you then D.J. Eclipse will pick up the party tent-side. A full weekend of entertainment is planned starting with Vuja De, Thursday at 7 p.m. Some of the other notable entertainers scheduled are Fake MacKenzie, The Whiskey Hicken Boys, Red Hill Ramblers, Hired Hands, Muscle Shoals Revival and others will fill the hours between awake and sleep during the 4 day event.
