A Pittsburgh Steelers backpack was taken from a vehicle sometime between the hours of 6 and 7:30 p.m. on March 18, at 905 Chestnut Street, Union Township.

The backpack contained clothes and a 15 inch HP laptop. The backpack belonged to a 12-year-old male from Reading.

The boy was at basketball practice and left the bag in his coach’s car. When practice was over, the coach and the player discovered the car was unlocked and the bag gone.

Anyone with any information should call State Police, Reading barracks at 610-378-4011.
